Buying pieces online
Alongside each painting in the ‘gallery' there is an enquiry link. Please complete the enquiry; I will then be able to advise pricing including postage, packaging, delivery, insurance and payment options to suit.
I appreciate that viewing paintings online can show colours and detail in a different light as opposed to seeing the actual piece, therefore all paintings brought online can be returned for a full refund of the cost of the painting itself, provided it is in original condition. However, I hasten to add feedback from buyers indicates that the actual painting is finer quality to the online image.
Commissioning pieces
Found a piece that you like but it is not quite what you are looking for, then how about talking with me regarding commissioning a piece. Together we can create exactly what you want in colour, style, texture and size.
Pre-purchase viewing of artworks
If you would like to view a painting please feel free to come to my workshop or alternatively if you would like to see how it compliments your home I am more than happy to bring pieces to your home if you are within the greater Wellington area.
Materials and quality assurance
With all my paintings I only use professional artist materials. Each canvas is coated in a protection product to retain the paintings high quality colour and texture for many many years.
The cotton canvas that I use is stretched over a wooden boxed frame. Each piece is finished with a varnish for protection and at the back, paper tape for neatness, and a heavy duty nylon cord strung ready to be hung on your wall.
Delivery costs and insurance
Generally the buyer will pay for deliver costs. These costs will vary depending on where the piece is to be delivered. For New Zealand delivery addresses the following prices are only a general indication:
- Wellington region - $10
- North Island - $15
- South Island - $25
- United Kingdom - $100 (NZD)
- North America - $100 (NZD)
Each piece of work is well package with strong materials to avoid any risk of damage during delivery. I do recommend that buyers invest in delivery insurance (approx $10 for pieces under $1000 (NZD)) as I take no responsiblity for loss or damage during delivery.
